Connecting providers of environmental data to enhance the open data ecosystem

As markets shift over time, so do organisations' position and relevance within them. The NSW Government wanted to evaluate how SEED, the state’s environmental open data platform, should evolve in order to future proof it's position in the market. Using input from key market actors, we helped SEED better understand it's role in the ecosystem and identified opportunities to sharpen its value proposition through partnerships.
